Copyright Notes - Terms and Conditions

You must be the copyright holder for all images you send to us for reproduction. If you are not then you must have the copyright holder's permission in writing to reproduce their work. Please read our terms and conditions before submitting images for reproduction. By submitting images for reproduction you are acknowledging these terms and conditions.

Digital Camera or Digital Image Files

If your files (or files) are less than 5MBytes in total size then you can email them to us. Please include your delivery address and requirements.
If your files (or files) are larger than 5MBytes you can ftp them to us. Please email us for the details.
If you are located in the Perth Hills region you can drop them in to us. Please email us for the details.
If your files are on CD or DVD or on a memory card then please post them to us at:

Notes when posting digital files:

• If you are sending us your only copy of your photographs then please use Registered Post.
• Please pad your items well to avoid damage in the post!
• Please include your delivery address and requirements.

Film or Negatives

If you are located in the Perth Hills region you can drop them in to us. Please email us for the details.
When sending us your film (slides, negatives or transparencies) via the post, please ensure you use registered post. Please post them to us at:

Notes when posting film:

• Please pack your film well and also inside the original holders (usually plastic sleeves) to avoid damage in the post!
• Please do not cut your negatives or film strips, rather indicate to us which frame numbers are applicable.
• Please include your delivery address and requirements.
