The old school house, on Great Eastern Highway in Mundaring, houses the Mundaring visitor centre. A place full of information on the Perth Hills and Mundaring area. If you are up in the Perth hills it's well worth a visit. There are friendly staff to assist you in choosing places to visit and things to see.

The Mundaring and Hills Historical Society Inc. runs the Mundaring District Museum in the same building and holds regular exhibitions.

If you are visiting the Perth Hills region of Western Australia, the Perth Hills National Parks Centre is a great place to spend some time. Not only do they have a range of maps, guidebooks and gifts but also run fun activities for kids.

Trek the trail is a great event where you get to walk a set path through the Perth Hills bush.
It is a free, organised event, for health and leisure and offers activities for everyone. There are entertainment, festivities and stalls of local products.

Come and see our stall at the Mundaring Markets - Nichol Street Mundaring - on the 11th of January 2009.

The Mundaring markets are on every second Sunday of the month (organised by Rotary) and we almost always have a stall displaying some of our fine art photography. Come and have a chat with us about photography or anything else you like.

The markets have grown over the past year and the last couple have had over 115 different stalls. We always find interesting new things to look at, and also enjoy meeting people and chatting.

Western Landscapes will be closed for services business between the 25th of December and the 10th of January 2009.

We are taking a break and catching up on some photography!
