Images have two classes, which have different pricing. The class can be seen in the Global Attributes when previewing the image.
Listed in the Image Attributes for each image you will find the original image size in pixels. Images can be supplied electronically in any size up to this maximum width and height. Image use is licensed based on the supplied image size. For example, an image for a web site would normally be in the range 150 to 500 pixels wide and high. Therefore, the cost of a Normal class image for use on your web site would be AUD$20.00. An image to be printed on a brochure at 100mm on the longest side, would normally require at least 1200 pixels (printing at 300dpi). Therefore the cost of this use would be AUD$40.00. Images are licensed to an individual or company for their use only and licenses are not transferable.
If exclusive use of an image is required the cost is AUD$2000.00. Images of the Fine Art class are not eligible for exclusive use.

This licence agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Licensee"), and Western Landscapes ("Licensor") and governs your use of the Licensor's image(s).
Western Landscapes represents and warrants that we are the owner of the image(s) and has the unrestricted right to grant this license and rights. This license allows the Licensee to use the image(s) in any manner desired provided that no entity, including but not limited to a person or company, depicted in the image, is defamed in any way whatsoever. This license is valid only for the Licensee. The Licensee may not transfer this license. Licensed images may be altered provided that no entity, including but not limited to a person or company, depicted in the image, is defamed in any way whatsoever.
Rights are not transfered before payment is received.
© Western Landscapes, www.westernlandscapes.com.au, must appear on the same page as the image(s), except for covers and textbooks, where credit may be given on a separate page.
The Licensee shall provide, if requested, one copy of the use.
Where Western Landscapes does not have model, property, or other releases, the Licensee indemnifies Western Landscapes against all liabilities and expenses arising from unauthorized uses.
The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Western Landscapes harmless against all claims arising out of or in connection with any breach of this Agreement.
Western Landscapes warrants the image(s) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from delivery. The sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of the foregoing warranty is the replacement of the image(s). Western Landscapes makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Western Landscapes shall not be liable to the licensee or any other person or entity for any general, punitive, special, direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, or lost profits or any other damages, costs or losses arising out of licensee's use of the image(s), or otherwise, even if Western Landscapes has been advised of the possibility of such damages, costs or losses.
